Return & Shipping Policy

We offer shipping methods through the US Postal service, Federal Express and by destination.  Once received, for items in-stock, orders are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment, depending primarily on time of year.   We also offer in-store pick-up as an option for those who order online, but live locally.  Simply check the appropriate shipping option in the checkout window.   With our fully integrated web store, shipping is as easy as pointing and clicking.  For those who are shopping online and are local to the storefront, you can shop online, purchase from the webstore and avoid shipping charges by selecting the “Pick Up In-Store” option from the shipping window.   Your item can then be picked up at anytime.  There is a small $1.00 handling fee for this service.

If you are ordering online and choose an item that is noted as “currently unavailable” on its product page (i.e., it is out of stock at the moment), we will alert you via email within 48 hours of your order and provide you with an estimate of how long we need to get the item in-stock and shipped to you.

In terms of insurance on shipping, unless it is an option that specifically accompanies the selected shipping method (e.g., FedEx overnight), we do not take out additional insurance.  Once a product has left our store, the customer bears the primary risk in shipped goods arriving damaged. That said, if you receive an item from us that has arrived at your mailing address damaged, please call the store within seven days of receiving the package and we will work with you diligently to either fix or replace the product(s) as we are able.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and our business.

With certain limited exceptions, if you would like to return a product, just send it back with its original packaging (as applicable), in new condition.  If your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase and is in new condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged in any way, we will issue a partial refund at our discretion.  Please note, shipping fees are not refundable unless we made a shipping error.

Nonrefundable items are clearly delineated as such both in the store and on the website and are typically limited to certain seasonal items, large items over 12″ in size and church goods/supplies.  Please note, due to restocking fees, bulk orders (orders of ten or more items) are also nonrefundable.
